Have been dealing with Alisha Hawkins and I have to say her care in the details has been astounding. Her overall responsiveness has been excellent where many other dealers have let me down entirely. She sent me multiple options on the finance, a great video of the car showing all of its features, was more than fair on my trade and overall has a lovely, genuine manner about her. Couldn’t recommend any more highly.

I recently bought a VW car from volkswagen Wexford, I am very very happy with the service the staff were excellent very helpful people not a hint of hard sell sales people.In fact the young lady Shauna who sold me the car was lovely very helpful at all times.I got an email from the dealer principal Kevin inviting me to let him know if I had any issues with the car. He was emphatic he wanted me to be 100pc satisfied, as it happens a wheel arch paint issue had just the day before arisen. So I sent Kevin an email to let him know of the problem...... He asked me to go see him ASAP he was totally professional took one look at the paint and said that is bad , I want that fixed ASAP, he rang his colleague and said I am in the car park, please come see me right away. I was introduced to James a nice young man, Kevin said look at this paint damage, I want it repaired ASAP.I was given an appointment date and left the car in the garage a few days later I had it back looking great. Kevin was honest with me, he said I want you to be happy with your car and our service. I want you tocome back to us when you want to change your car . I must say the entire experience was excellent I will buy a car again from Wexford Volkswagen happily .

Excellent service executed by dedicated, knowledgeable and detail orientated staff.I brought my brand new Golf to VW Wexford to get a genuine VW tow bar fitted. Having rang around a few dealerships Jack in the parts dept seemed the most engaged of any dealership I spoke to in getting the job done and getting it done right. A date was agreed and on the day the car was brought in, the service desk had all the relevant detail and had me on my merry way without any waiting around.The job did take longer than anticipated and the garage were keen to keen to get the job done right and not rush. When they called me in the afternoon to break the news, Jack couldn't have been more apologetic and had already arranged a very nice courtesy car for me to use while they completed the work that evening and then next morning. My car was delivered to me the next day with the car having being washed and looking as good as the day I first drove it home. The tow bar work looks top notch and looks like it came out of the factory with it from day one.Dealing with these guys was quite frankly a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. I'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending VW Wexford to anyone looking to buy car or get work done on their VW especially if they appreciate excellent service and attention to detail. The work will cost the same in every main dealer so you may aswell use somewhere that will do the work to the highest standard and treat your car like it was their own.Thanks again for everything guys.

I have purchased from Volkswagen Wexford, specifically Aaron; for the past few years now, with both private & commercial used vehicle sales. He has been a breath of fresh air to deal with, from his non invasive but thoroughly knowledgeable sales advice, to his very personable and genuine manner. We purchased our new 241 Vehicles today, 1 passenger and 1 commercial, our first brand new. The process was first class. As a team they are very generous with their time, all organic, and again no pressure from them. Kevin, the dealer principle helped us navigate the often treacherous trade-in / resale value conversation and on our old vehicles he provided very good market value that kept us happy and made sense of our big leap as it were. He checked in with us regularly. Claire the girl in the finance department assisted with all the paperwork arrangements and again, was available throughout, making it a very fluid and efficient process overall. Paperwork is not for the feint of heart, she spent a lot of time back and forward. She crunched the numbers then and delivered a package than made viable sense for us. We felt like we were well looked after, as always. We would find it very hard to look past Aaron and his VW colleagues in the future, given their level service and after care. It goes without saying, as a recommendation, if you are in the market, call out and see them and experience it for yourself!

My experience with the team at VW Wexford was second to none. When I arrived from Kildare to view the car before purchase it was ready and waiting in the bay looking immaculate, first impressions count!. The showroom itself is impressively laid out, spotless and airy. I was greeted immediately upon entering (not always the case as a woman in what's deemed as a man's environment). From there it was smooth sailing, informative and I felt valued without the hard sell. Needless to say a deal was struck and I collect my new VW Tiago this week. A happy customer indeed, thanks team. I had my ID 3 car in for software repair in Volkswagen Wexford recently and I must say the way I was looked after was outstanding, as the old saying goes you only know how good a garage is when something goes wrong and this is where Wexford branch excelled. Customer care was excellent from giving me replacement car to constantly updating me on progress, I could not fault any aspect of my experience with them.

I can highly recommend the staff at Wexford VW, I sent my car down to have the clutch replaced a long with some other bits and pieces, Micháel in Service was a pleasure to deal with and talked me through every step of the work done on collection of my car. Big shout out to the mechanic Chelsea, her work is perfect and the car drives like new!Another point to note is the showroom and garage itself are completely spotless and the definition of professional.
